Order Cancellation
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to initiate the return process. After you return the item, we can proceed with your refund.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you have selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will have the option to have your order reshipped or refunded in the event that it is lost during transit.
If you selected "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.
Lost/Missing Packages
Deneva is not responsible for any issues resulting from an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct before finalizing your order. In the event that we make an error, we will take full responsibility and cover the costs of the original order at no additional charge.
Customs
We are not liable for any customs fees once your items have shipped. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and consent that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on location. The following are our estimated delivery times:

The maximum delivery time is 30 business days.
Please note that these estimates do not include our 2-3 day processing time, and shipping times may be affected by clearance or customs delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. However, please be aware that tracking information may not always be available with free shipping options.
Tracking Information Not Available
For some carriers, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us for further assistance.
