Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. All return and refund requests must be accompanied by a video recording showing the entire unboxing of the package, to confirm the product’s condition upon arrival. This helps us ensure a swift and fair processing of your request. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent within 14 days after receiving a return address, otherwise, they will no longer be eligible. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please be aware that returns are not accepted for items marked as "final sale" or discounted items.


Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon received. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

To assist us in processing your request quickly, kindly include the following:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A video recording showing the entire unboxing of the package to confirm the product’s condition upon arrival
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Options & Fees

  • Store Credit: 100% value refunded as credit – no return fee. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime for anything on the website.

  • Exchange: 100% free – no fees at all! Select a new size during the return process.

  • Refund: $6.75 refurnd fee deducted from your refund per item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
